PVinMotion Conference is the first of its kind platform for scientists and researchers in PV and materials, vehicle manufacturers, module producers, electronics and materials suppliers, consultants, advisers and designers to meet, to network and to exchange ideas.
The first edition of the conference - PVinMotion 2021 - was held online from December 6-8, 2021.
The second edition of the conference - PVinMotion 2023 - took place, in-person in ’s-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands, and online, from February 15-17, 2023.
The third edition of the conference - PVinMotion 2024 - was held in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, from March 6-8, 2024.
The fourth edition - PVinMotion 2025 - was held in Miyazaki, Japan, from March 12-14, 2025.

Vehicle Integrated Photovoltaics (VIPV) is the mechanical, electrical and design integration of photovoltaic modules in vehicles. The PV modules fit seamlessly into the vehicle shell and are connected to electrical consumers or the drive battery in electric vehicles. What potential lies dormant in VIPV? 80 attendees from 13 countries attended the first edition of the PVinMotion Conference, which took place online. Under the motto "Solutions for vehicle integration", the conference brought together the worlds of research and business.
